You must wait at least 60 days to change your name. If it still doesn't work, you should contact support. Your account may have violated something.

Have you waited 60 days because you can only change your Facebook name after 60 days?

After 60 days you can change your facebook page name, but if you can't change it, your page may have an error, you can wait a while longer and then change it, my friend.

Just contact Facebook support and provide all the necessary information and they will help you change your name quickly.
