Hi,

I've been using facebook ads for a while. Unfortunately, due to a bad supplier and my lack of due diligence, our facebook customer satisfaction score has fallen to a 1.6 out of 5, meaning we are in the "penalty" zone. After fixing the problems with the business (such as supplier, getting faster shipping, better customer service, etc...), I've found it difficult to raise this score as in order to raise it you need sales, but being in the penalty zone made it extremely difficult to advertise. I've noticed an increase in advertising costs as well as a decrease in quality of traffic.

I've tried many things, such as making a new ad account with no ties to the penalized page. New BM's. New facebook pages. Even a domain migration and advertising on another facebook account. It has been hard to really get the ball rolling again. (It goes without saying that we have also added better products, increased the quality of our creatives, copywriting, everything)

We are getting some sales, but the performance of facebook has really taken a hit.

Would anyone have any experiences / wisdom you can share with this? Any workarounds?

Thank you in advance!

that customer score is on your FP. that is heavily penalized, I would seriously consider starting a new FP from scratch, yes it will suck to start over but in long run will be better. you can easily get ad account flagged for that low of a score
