facebook page cant able to create "An error occurred while creating the page"

fb limits the number of times you can create a page, you can switch to another profile to create it again
 
You can wait 24 hours to create it, or you can use a new account to create a page.

personal pages are not the same. some can create many, some can create few. try changing to another personal page to create a fan page
 
FB act weird lately. To avoid those issues, you could try to close the browser and turn it on again. Besides, prepare another profile to switch between 2 ones. However, these are only simple methods. To try more, you could find some tips or trick on Ads community or even Youtube. That's how i gain experience to help my clients
 
Normally, Facebook will only help you with the error (usually marked in red). If it only says there is an error when creating a page, it is likely a Facebook error.
Try using another electronic device, or wait until another time to create it again.
