Facebook Page Admin - Notifications RSS

I'm having trouble with the Notifications RSS feeds not updating. I have tried multiple RSS Reader solutions. Both online app wise (Feedly, Netvibes, etc) and downloaded (thunderbird, etc). It will download the initial feed, but then won't update for 3 hours, and misses some of the feed in between. It's like Facebook has some type of rate limit when handling RSS. I've also tried making it so my page notifications are sent to my personal account notifications, and using my personal notifications rss feed. But, I get the same issue. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? has anyone found a work around?
