A Facebook Page I manage was hacked in 2023. During the hack, Meta applied a Page-level advertising restriction. I only recovered the Page recently through official support, and it is now fully under my control again.
The Page advertising restriction is still there, and the appeal option is no longer available because more than 180 days have passed.
Support says the restriction was caused by the hack, but they also say they cannot lift it now and that their decision is final. They also can’t share further details.
I’m looking for general guidance from people who have dealt with similar cases:

I’m looking for general guidance from people who have dealt with similar cases:
- Has anyone successfully removed a Page-level ad restriction that remained after a confirmed hack and late recovery (appeal window expired)?
- What escalation paths have actually worked when the standard appeal button is gone?
