Facebook or Meta?

Hi guys! :cool:

As we know, Facebook recently rebranded and called itself Meta.

What do you think about it? We still can't get used to the new name and still call it Facebook! :D
Is it difficult for you to get used to it too?

They’d be better off calling it MetaBook. Even that is dumb. I would love it if they just deleted Facebook and messenger as a whole.
 
Facebook has bet its money on a card. It may or may not work out well, but at least they have made a smart move. Facebook is a social network that is in disuse. If the bet fails, at least you have Instagram and WhatsApp
 
You are still calling Facebook "Facebook" , you are not calling Google "Alphabet" , its the same , just a name for Taxes or whatever reasons
 
Yes, Facebook is still Facebook, but they also started to rename things, like Oculus Quest, now its Meta Quest, so i think they will start to use more and more "meta" in the future.

Yes, of course, but still there used to be only fb and it was easier
 
They just pulled an Alphabet. The social network is still called Facebook.

And bans of advertising accounts will be called MetaBan :D
 
Facebook will always be Facebook, Meta is for Occulus and the other things they own, as they used to all say "By Facebook" and now they just "Meta"
 
Its not a rebrand, Meta is just the new parent company of Facebook. Like Google and Alphabet.
And i kinda dislike facebook so
 
I don't see a problem as their app doesn't change the name they just change the company name.
