I would go with both if the site it's getting enough traffic

No, not so many traffic, that is the reason to decide and I don't wanna mess up my site with two comment system... Anyone else? Thoughts?

I would go with FB.Everybody has /mostly/ FB account.It can be also SEO friendly and on the other hand it is harder to spam,might bring back some traffic also if it gets posted on FB.
