Facebook Notes are Ranking!

Just noticed that after the new update some facebook fan pages are ranking above me. The pages rankings are "notes" that you can write. The note I'm talking about is pretty much just a bog post with an affiliate banner on it. I commented on it and posted my link of course.

But my point is, maybe this can be another useful way to promote sites. I'm not sure if the links are do follow, but that doesn't really matter. I plan on making some facebook fan page notes this week and seeing what impact that has.

I also noticed that one out when I am querying for something and seeing it on top spot on SERP

Time to piggyback on the authority sites. I used to do that a lot making my Squidoo pages my money sites. But then I realized I needed full control of my properties. Now I looks like I'll be using authority sites a lot more while building my own sites authority.
 
many facebook notes have been ranking good for a while
 
These have been ranking for atleast last 6 months.
There have been some WSOs on automating facebook notes with Amazon products.

Hello I have been asking for a service on this for quite a while. FB notes are excellent. If you find a service for manual postings of notes than please do let me know.
 
I haven't tried any facebook notes yet but this seems to be an awesome idea. I will add this to my backlinks list :D
 
Yes, notes have been ranking for a while now, but maybe the new changes will get them ranking higher.
