You will get roadblocked if you try to do that. Worked a couple years ago, not anymore. Scale it to 1/4 or 1/5 or something, that should do it. Yeah, unless you have 5k friends.

A bot can still do it just fine, but it has to be run in severe moderation.

No I'm not gonna help you there. I just warned you, you will get roadblock if you try to message all in one go. You will need to use big time-out or send out instantly to just a partion of it

You could use a bot like Massplanner, if you have it, or ask someone with Massplanner to do it for you. Perhaps there is another bot that works fine with that too, but I'm only experienced in working with Massplanner
