Facebook Marketplace Problem

Hello guys, I need some help from the Facebook marketplace expert here.

I am listing items in the marketplace, I listed it successfully and got around 1300 views but no message. And I try to message using my other account and I found out this pop-up message from FB "This seller may not be able to receive messages right now. Continue browsing Marketplace to find similar listings."

How to fix this type of issue?

Here is my full input with my account

My account is from the Philippines.
I Posted in Sweden.

(I tried already in my other accounts and still the same problem. for those who fix this issue please guide me thank you)

you must try to move your address according to your selling post address
 
The rating system of marketplace is garbage. You can get banned with just a few negative ones and FB support is useless. If you're very careful and "try" to deal with sensible people, FB marketplace is good.
 
I got this before, check your facebook settings, on privacy or notifications, and see if you didin't disabled option to only receive msg from contacts or something like that
can't remember exactly right now
