Facebook Lead Ads - Knowledge/Advice/Community

Hey BHW Social Networkers..

Looking for some advice here - I've been really getting into Facebook Ads recently for my company, specifically Lead Generation based campaigns utilizing Facebook's built-in Lead Forms.

I'm in the mortgage/real estate industry, and i've been learning everything on my own so far.

I'm looking to see if there are any resources/forums/threads/users here on BHW (or elsewhere) where I can learn more.

I know how to create ads, how to upload customer lists, create lookalike audiences, retarget audiences who opened forms but didn't submit, etc. etc.

I want to learn more detailed and expansive items regarding Facebook Lead Ads specifically. How do I properly test campaigns? Should I start campaigns with a $1 budget while it's learning? Am I targeting the right interests/behaviors/demographics? Is my ad copy/image/lead form optimized? What's the best way to pull leads from the Facebook Lead Library if my CRM isn't integrated already?

Most of the people i'm helping so far are spending $500 or less a month - so nothing crazy in terms of spend.

These are just a few of the questions/information that i'm thinking of, but it's mainly to give you an idea of what type of knowledge/information i'd love to learn more about.

Please let me know y'all's thoughts and i'm more than happy to expand on anything also.

Of course you'd better start with a small amount of money in order to learn how it works and does it really suits you. I think the best way is to check everything yourself. I haven't seen threads connected to this topic here, but I'm sure there are people who know how it works exactly.
