Yeah, not a big fan of shitbook. I actually registered shitbook acc during that corona drama, because, like, you know - trying to leave my cave or whatever. The site itself is so not intuitive, hard to browse, cluttered and filled with poor wannabe small business owners, american widowers/single dads and nigerian romance scammers. Generally people looking for free shit. Kinda perfect for incentive CPA, except with actual SEO you get better conversion rates than on this shit platform. Nevertheless, surprisingly, I made some money there so I won't delete this shit just yet. But I moved Messenger to silent alerts because I have enough nigerian scammers and poor european small businesses trying to scam me for cash, heh.

People there really, REALLY want free shit. You can spam that to them in fb groups or marketplace just fine, no need to waste money on ads, unless you're doing some incent CPA and numbers add up for you, for some reason.
For paid I like Google Ads.

Facebook has been the most powerful communication tool for my business. Especially with facebook groups and the way I maintain the relationship with my community, not the same results with my page of course.
And it's not based on opinion but my numbers, according to CTR and conversion rate...
FB comes first and is even better than my emails (which are pretty good).
It's only that people have no idea about cold, hot and warm traffic and how to use facebook as a full funnel with their community...
And I didn't speak about facebook ads but their targeting options are by far the most powerful AI for laser targeting.
I can freaking target my neighbour with dog food advertising at the moment I hear him say he has no dog food anymore!
Facebook is still the most powerful social media with the strongest AI in the world. No disrespect for google which has an AI that is also crazy scary.
I rant because people here say Facebook is dead... yet, the best digital marketers in the world know how powerful the platform is as a whole.
Facebook knows everything about you, they use whatsapp to track every message sent and can build customer's bucket like no other platform in the world.
I will not even mention IG as a bonus because the post will be too long but FB/IG are a real beast.

Indeed, it's still the most used platform for private stuff, I was more focused on a marketing standpoint but I agree...
From a marketing standpoint... Do I need to say more than this ?
If someone can't make it with facebook ads, he will sure as hell not make it with something else... best platform by far in terms of results.

They are the best people to sell products of certain niches. So, Facebook may or may not be "shit", as long as certain affiliate marketeers can make money through Facebook, these affiliate marketeers will keep saying that Facebook is awesome.
