I post same meme on two of my pages at the same time, real followers, no bots:

Page with 14k likes.. got 28 likes. 1 share.

Page with 200k likes.. got 27 likes. 1 share.

What's going on? fb drunk?

The algorithm is both pages must be different, are you targetting the same people in both sites? if there were more posting after the meme that also impacts its performance between many more factors.

Just keep split testing with different pages
 
Are the pages you post on the same topic? If the pages are oriented to one topic and you post information to another topic, it can lead to your page being less interactive. This algorithm is similar to tiktok. you should set up themes for each page and focus on it
 
We call it the curse of Zuck.
If both pages are targeting the same audience so i guress that the algo hasn't changed!
try to do more tests with other audiences and see if it works or not!

Outside of FB ads & indexing or page engagements, I don’t use fb for anything anymore. It’s went downhill severely.

Over the last few years, Facebook went to work on groups with how engagement works and what you can & cannot say.

Not worth it for my time.
 
Botted followers or inactive page. If you don't post every day, doesn't matter if you have 1 million followers.

the particular post im referring to was indeed, the same exact photo, posted at the same time, just as a quick experiment, and got exactly what I have been thinking these last 3 weeks... fb likes my new page and not the old..

same type of memes, just trying to grow my 14k page..
 
You posted the same content to two different places (on the same platform), and got the same amount of engagement on both of the (same) content you posted.
- This is something you should not do. Youve probably ruined your exposure by doing so, as Facebook would be aware of what you are doing - a bad way of doing things
- This is likely the cause of you getting sub-30 likes on such large pages. That is extremely low engagement

You can probably look at it yourself, starting with who shared (both posts). And - I dont know - but (and look in-to it before believing this)
- Your audiences, probably, overlap a lot
- - Because of the "same engagement" point, and the "bad practise" of it being you on both accounts, the same content, reaching the same audience on both pages
- - Because of this, having an overlapping audience on both pages

27 people out of thousands is impossible. That has never happened with the reasons for such low engagement being a human cause... Youd have to post something special for anything to get those levels of engagement.

Maybe they are limiting the reach anyway so that you boost your posts.

I work with Twitter, Reddit, and FB pages instead of groups.

I find niches are easily targeted with Reddit as well.
 
Maybe your content is not really attractive . Or that niche has many competitors?
