PPC seems to be dead. The only "good" PPC network i know is AdSense.
There is lots of cams stuff with ppa and ppl.
You could also try some amazon affiliate links. Seems to work best with videos. Just scrape a video of the product you'd like to sell and post your amzn.to link in the description and the comments.

That's possible. Or maybe they're looking to form a joint venture here or something. Who knows. If I invested time and money into a 70k strong page I would know what wanted from day 1.

you must create some facebook account and add friends then you can add member in your group another way is sharing your group content on others groups
