normally im the quite reader here but i need so help or some advice.

Over the last 5-6 years, I have set up a few Facebook groups in German-speaking countries.

And I've made quite a bit of money via Amazon Affiliate. I simply shared discount codes from retailers.

Now I'm expecting a baby and the family is growing. The problem is that I no longer have time for these groups. I would like to continue with the whole thing and start up again. In fact, the groups have fallen asleep a bit.

Do you have any idea where I can sell these groups?

Group 1: 19500 Members
Group 2: 12500 members
Group 3: 4900 members
Group 4: 5100 members
Page: 8500 followers

You can go to the for sale section and post there maybe there will be customers who need them

interact in the group for a while to wake up the members, and like you said if you don't have time you should hire another person to support you in your work.
 
That’s solid advice. If you’re selling something, forums, marketplaces, and niche groups are usually better than broad websites. Engagement first before selling is key—warming up an audience will always increase conversions.

If you’re short on time, hiring someone to manage interactions, DMs, and lead generation could be a smart move. Are you trying to sell a product, service, or account?
 
if you have mods in those groups ask them if they are interested or make a offer to other mods in different groups or similar groups to yours.
 
Look for the 'Want to Buy' section in this forum—I'm sure you'll find buyers there. Also, consider forming a partnership; it could benefit you even more.
