Hi. So i want to promote a iphone 6 cpa offer on facebook groups but it will be better to post only on iphone related groups or can i post on any groups?

Honestly, you can post in any group that you want, but it'd get you banned/kicked out of less groups if you use Apple/Android/iPhone groups. However, it cannot hurt to try, you never know where your click/form money will come from.

mask you link with bit.ly or any other shortner, create a clicky headline "how to get iphone for free with contest/ iphone give away/ buy 1 iphone get 1 iphone for free" something fake and give a try. However @PHPInjected mentioned true matters.

Yes, you can post in a Facebook group, if you are permitted to do.
Post in groups people discuss on gadgets, Tech stuff and Mobile sales.
This might give you the expected result.

You can post you link not only in iphone/tech groups. You can find target audience for your app (young girls, housewife, etc).

Post on every group so you have higher chance

You get best and fast results first if you target iphone related groups next try non-iphone groups,you may get less response
