hello everyone, I have a problem so my parents have a small food business and I intend to promote it on Facebook by posting in groups but every time I post the post doesn't appear and disappears, am I spammed? what is the solution and how many posts in 1 day so that my account doesn't get spammed

Most likely, yes, it's spam. Try reaching out to administrators of other groups and negotiate advertising for your store. Perhaps it would be better for you to set up targeted advertising within the radius of your store.

Maybe the groups you posted don't allow you to promote without their permission. You can try contact the group admin to know how to post there without being deleted posts
 
In my country, they often pay for pin post in groups. You can try contact admin for cooperate

The problem is not because you spam the article. The reason is that the admin of that group has removed your post. If you want to post on there you need to have an agreement between the admin, then your post will not be removed.

If it is spam, your FB account may be restricted or banned (account locked).
 
It looks like you are not spammed but your posts are not being approved by group admins. You can find the groups related to your community and negotiate with admins to approve your posts in those groups.
 
You can post and contact with admin's page to help you pin your post (and, of course, there is a fee)
 
Don't limit yourself to Facebook groups, try to create an Instagram account as well and then grow it by follow / unfollow local people.
 
You should post 1-2 posts a day, and interact on that post. Or you can contact the administrator to have the post pinned to the top of the group's bulletin board
 
Probably your posts were removed by the admin of those groups. Sometimes, you could try to get permission from the group admin before venturing to release money matters on their page.

Moreover, the groups you posted on, are they in anyway related to such information you are feeding it audience?

Some group admin might delete your post if it add no value to the purpose of their group.
