The problem is not because you spam the article. The reason is that the admin of that group has removed your post. If you want to post on there you need to have an agreement between the admin, then your post will not be removed.

If it is spam, your FB account may be restricted or banned (account locked).

It looks like you are not spammed but your posts are not being approved by group admins. You can find the groups related to your community and negotiate with admins to approve your posts in those groups.
