Happens a lot... I'm usually wasting ~2 hours on average with people that pretend to be interested in something, then they never send 1 single visitor or bot-traffic lol

The number of posts is a very poor measure of traffic. It's all about the quality of the groups and the quality of the accounts. Some groups drive 80% of tier-1 traffic, while many groups drive zero tier-1 traffic. You could have 1,000 ghosted posts (the posts that only account owner can see) that drive zero traffic, or one post that drives thousands of quality visits.
