Facebook Group Posting Question

Can someone tell me how people are keeping their post on top of the group post and get all these likes and comments?
I understand it depends on the content and interactions but it seems like some of these post are terrible and they get more likes and comments on it then a normally better post?

Hmh if the group is public you can get likes from social exchange sites.

Maybe it's a pinned post, which the admin can put up in their group?

It's more about whether a post is a good fit for a particular group. Dumb posts do better than good posts in some groups. The only way to find out is testing. If you post interesting content regularly in a few groups, and some of the posts will get more comments/likes.

Hi

Yes, I been testing this for weeks now I post very fitting images according to the groups guidelines and the image comparisons are by far way more interesting but yet it seems to get shafted all the way down to the bottom, by useless terrible image post that seems to get a lot of comments and likes when me and a few users that are the same cant even get one like for the post. I am 89% sure its some kind of service or bot or custom bot that is running that knocks the competitors down and keeps the feed to their post. What kind of bot is it or service that is doing this?
