Instead of asking questions like these, read BTB's Facebook posting thread instead.
And when I say read, I mean read the whole thing, every page, every post. You just might learn a lot, including the answer to the Q: "What is spintax?"

I'm doing exactly same thing and same happening here. I don't know what to do.
Hi. This problem is newer than ever and in this thread there is no answer about it. We are discussing new update of facebook

No buddy, it's not "newer than ever". Your problems are basic and about 1 year old, if you read that thread you'll quickly learn how FB has evolved in that time.
Stop being lazy and start reading.

It is the latest anti spam/clickbait rollout from FB they are talking about. It's not much more than 3 weeks old. It's nothing to do with basic stuff a year ago.

If he added value, added spintax, gave people stuff they liked etc, would he still be hitting these problems?

Yep. Even some normal groups I belong to where people are posting random pics of cars, babies and holidays etc find FB are deleting the pics and posts automatically with their new algo Lots of admins are getting lots of complaints that the admins are deleting peoples posts and they aren't. So what they have rolled out in the sale groups is affecting all groups.

What is the max number of post that I can made in a day ( in a group ) . I ask cause I get ban 3 months ago for spam

Hey guys! I've been using facebook to drive traffic to my wp sites for quite a time.
Succesfully tricked adwords with vouchers, also have a bulletproof tactic to increase adsense ctr up to 10-15%
Now i am developing an own bot with cloud interface which posts to fb groups automatically ofc without api. its 50% rdy btw.
So if anybody wants to share ideas about, tactics to avoid phone blocks, captcha, id ban, or post delete without warning, send me your skype id in private to cooperate.
Also willing to give away adwords and adsense experiences for valueable informations

Almost forgot some basic stuff that i discovered, but also read some of them in other topics.
I use 10 VPN ( installed on VPS). Every IP has max 15 profiles.
Every VPN has its own virtual os for safety.
( i'dont like proxies )
Create only 1 account per IP per day, to avoid phone block at registration.
What i do is i have 1 account just to list my targeted groups. joined 1000 groups. I scraped the ID-s with social tool kit. I do not post with that account.
After that, 1 acc. per day per IP.
Registration day join max 20 groups. you can use social toolkit for that it is safe for now 30sec delay, work from the scraped id-s.
With a newbie account you can successfully post 5-10 groups per a day. If you get a phone block that is an alert for you that you are doing something wrong.
I don't buy sim-s. I usually post to dating groups, lots of people add me, i accept them with an easy delayed javascript, when i need a phone number i just select 3-5 of them and ask for their phone numbers 90% of them give it to you, cuz they wanna get laid or some.
Also not a bad idea, to put up pictures, additional informations, create a fan page for that profile.
With my older accounts, i post 20 groups per day.
Somehow posting groups and joining groups are related, i could not cracked that correlation but it definitely has something to do with each other, so i advise not to join groups on posting days.
What i still don't know, whether facebook summing your activities by weeks and months or you just got to look out for the post/day ratio. I assume first one is the winner, however i do not have exact info about this.
( Also if you get a block with one account, give a day break for that IP or your other accounts could get chainfucked )

Quite so. Facebook internal link is the next big thing!
I have been using this to share over 200 groups per account per day.
Never got suspended or verification check, just temporary banned from posting to groups for a couple hours, days or so; depending on account age.
Been using up to 15 accs to share to groups on the same IP.
Only change IP (via VPN) when using another set of 15 accs.
Schedule: Posting to 20-30 groups every 60 minutes per acc.
Notice: Use one account at a time when sharing.

Yeah now I realised that when you're posting insider links (facebook links), you're not actually posting any links, you're basically sharing the post, it counts as a share, so I'm sure Facebook doesn't mind sharing posts haha.

Do you use the share function, or you use the post's permalink?
Difference for me, is a lot easier to share the post's permalink with a bot, then have it click to share button.
Also you post your site's url to your page, and you share it from there?
