You can't change the name of a page once it reach's 100 fans.

Fanpage name could not be changed if it dosnt have any fans but once the
page reaches around 25-50 fans it is possible to rename the page.

You can't change the name of the page after you've passed a certain amount of fans.
I'd suggest you start a new page with a new name.
