Facebook Fan Page Question

Hey guys,
I'm new here, and recently on facebook, I have a fan page account I made back in 2009 that now has over 580,000 likes (all real likes I'm assuming because apparently, you can buy fake likes now and I've never done that). There were a bunch of messages saying that I could sell the page for around $10,000-$12,000. However of course, they all seemed fake and scam-like, so I was wondering, is there actually a profit I could make from this? I haven't posted in it since 2013 and It's not very active, so I was also wondering if it's actually worth something. Thanks!

Start posting on your page and see how much reach you get. If you get higher reach than you have higher chance of earning...

So basically, the likes aren't really worth anything unless I get a high amount of reach?

Yeah you can make some money on this page. The likes aren't worth anything unless you post engaging content and get people to click.

Or you could sell the page but 99% of those offers are scams.
