Monetize it with mylikes it won't go far trust me if you make it big someday it would surely end up by merging with taylor swift official fan page.

11K Targetted is not bad if your fans are active you could make potential landing pages for CPA.

I would suggest you not to sell it, instead monetize it with CPA or rent it and earn recurring earnings. Happy earnings.

thats not a good suggesstion at all.. he will hardly make in cents with a bigger risk of losing the page..

so its better you grow the page and drive the traffic to your website

But its an unofficial facebook page of celebrity and you know at some point on time facebook can merge those likes to the real verified page and he would be left with nothing.We all know 10k is nothing to earn from facebook but the kind of page he have may be mylikes or cpa offers or websites are the only option he's left with according to me.

You are doing the best possible option just make sure you keep the CTR down and ad placements are correct since google is quite strict in terms on there TOS and sometime with facebook traffic on rare occasion.
