I want someone to build me a tool which can upload display picture on 100s of facebook accounts.

hope you dont mind that i clarify some things. you want a tool that allows you to enter details of your facebook accounts and then mass upload specific pictures for each account and that would be without proxy support?

Yeah without proxies. Just 1 main picture (Profile Picture).
