Facebook Crossposting Question?

If I crosspost a video from my page to another page I own.

And the video gets took down for copyright violation.

What page gets the warning?

What page gets a strike?

The first page I uploaded this video on.

or

Do both pages get warned because they both shared the video?

Or does only the orignal page take the blame?

Does anyone know the answer.

Hi, @ste_rathb.

I think the original video uploader will get the warning. When we upload a video on Facebook and someone watches it, the viewer is automatically directed to the page of the uploader. The original poster takes the blame UNLESS someone downloaded your video and posted it as their own.

What if all pages are on same account?

If I upload a video on my first page and cross post to second page then video is flagged for copyright.

Then what page gets the warning?

Or do both pages get the warning?
 
I remember reading a thread here about this. And the OP had his pages unpublished do to cross-posting.

Again, the page which uploaded the video gets flagged. As for the other pages that would repost the video, they will just be warned that the video is no longer available due to copyright violation. So even though both pages are under the same account, the "re-poster" will not be affected.

i dont think you'll get any kind of harm, its responsibility of owner who uploaded the video not you.

I will be the owner as it all on the same account? If I upload a video to a page then cross post to another mage on same account. Then what page gets the warning for the copy roght video?

Both pages or tjust the first one
 
initial strick: Main page

If you keep doing same, you get account level strick.
