Facebook costum audience for ads

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any new tool to grab facebook audience from group, page, post to upload it in facebook to target in ads.

Last year I was able to creat custom audience from facebook Uid or @facebook.com, but facebook doesn’t allow to upload audience with these info anymore. So is there a new way, because the upload feature is still available.
