Facebook Copyright Videos Problem

I am running an FB page My page is for Funny Gaming Videos. But someone msg me on my page I am using his page videos and I have to delete those videos or he complains about FB and ban my page.

My question is. Is this possible that he can do that "Ban My Page" He is using funny gaming videos and put his page logo on them. I take those videos and put my page logo on them.

If you just change the logo without editing the video at all just adding your own logo then thats the issue, you're basically copying his works in that case.

So I need to replace the video title inthe videos and replace my logo location?

and he is just doing nothing taking videos from 9gags or other pages who dont use any logo in there videos and just put his logo thats it. And when i did the same to him. He cant stand to it. His page not blue verified or gray verified yet he threatning me that he will ban my page.

then I suggest to report his page that will get his page banned if thats what he actually did.
