Facebook conversion tracking

I noticed recently when I was building out a cpc campaign on facebook ads that their is no conversion tracking code to generate and implement on a conversion page. Without this it is tough to know which ads are actually converting into a sale/lead.

Does anyone know of a tool within facebook or from a third party that can track from the click of a facebook ad all the way to the conversion page?
