Others rent or buy aged real accounts from agc, so they look super legit to Meta’s system.The reason is they have too many spam accounts so even if one gets banned, you’ll still see them using another one to keep spamming
most of them use bot's with good proxies and also scrolling on them to make them real and i personally use this too.

Proxies, anti detect browsers. its kinda harder to make new ones these days, but we did a lot in the past, like a lot rofl.
They use antidetect browsers and proxies for their bots in large ammounts. Yes facebook bans some of the accounts but not all of them.
Maybe because they have their own ways and spam accounts on facebook they can buy in very large quantities and they are very strong, usually accounts like that are created for spamming messages so the cases of being locked or banned are very rare.
