How do they running their farm? and mange to make it still alive?

Can be done in more than one way, as long as you keep each account/thread running isolated you can run a lot of accounts simultaneously. Smaller scale can even be done quite easily through AD browsers as long as you keep your fingerprint/IP clean.

The reason is they have too many spam accounts so even if one gets banned, you’ll still see them using another one to keep spamming

It's not that they're good, but Facebook prioritizes handling risks according to the level of impact.
Small spam, low frequency, or behavior covered by a clean profile can survive a few more rounds.
But when trust drops or signals overlap, the system still "cleans" in batches.
=> Existence does not mean durability, just that it's not your turn yet.
