Facebook blocked my URL - VERY urgent

Facebook blocked my website URL just on my bigger pages. I am allowed to post that same website on profiles and my likes are still there. When I cloak url(short it with Google shortener) i can share the website on all of my pages. When I short my domain and share it on pages I need to type captcha even though i don't need to do that with my subdomain. What should I do? Is there anyway to unblock my website? Is it smart to continue posting normally or should I keep it low for a while?

Your domain is not blocked, it's just because you posted your domain too much.. That's why they ask for " captcha ".. Wait a few days and it will be gone..

It's not just captcha, I can't post my domain on my pages without shorting it

My domain is blocked, because when I try to put any link from my site on facebook they tell me that I can't do that
Also if I add the like button on the site everytime you try to like it it will give you an error

can I do something about that?

I think you posted your domain many times otherwise your domain is blocked

Buy new domain and redirect traffic to it
