Facebook Blaster pro 7.2 is down!

Hey bhw I believe the facebook blaster pro is down on the wall poster for some reason. I make a message and click send, but when it does its job, i go to check it out and it doesnt show up on my freinds wall? i dont get it?

also what does this mean in the wall poster section $$NAME$$
