I heard Facebook in particular got better at banning people who use tools like this. I used to join hundreds of groups a day and post on hundreds of groups a day. What numbers are safe these days?

That's risky mate and tools like that should be custom-built in accordance to your method. Do not just buy any available tools out there.

I'm not sure you can get a tool in that way that won't compromise your account.

facebook banned you without any warning so no recomended
I do have software that has built in fingerprint browsers, pairing them with RPA to do scraping and series of action (such as adding friends, like, comment etc...) Have been using it for FB and TK. Only thing is that it requires a lot of accounts and proxies.
