First you need to understand something.
Facebook needs trained.

I have done a lot of automating of Facebook and other social networks and what I've learned is this.

If you raely post start off slow and slowly increase the frequency that you post. This trains facebook to your posting pattern .

Also make sure the posts are as unique as possible.

Try not to link off of facebook to your site.

Rather what you should do is make a post on your business page in facebook.

Copy that postage link

Then share the link to that inside fa ebook groups.

1. Facebook loves sharing internal links.
2. You can monitor the insights for the post reach and interactions
3. You can convert it to a paid audience ad if it does well and also create a look a like audience ad

Make sure you have the proper meta tags for social on your site so it pulls a nice image, title and description.

Hope this helped.

Do you have any knowledge/experience of FB accounts (not pages/groups) being shadow banned and how to resolve it?

All can lead back to frequency and training facebook.

Personal accounts are you making posts or sending messages?

I'm friending (25 reqs per day on average), request cleaning, posting pics/text, liking things on the timeline. I'm not posting any links or sending messages or any other monetization right now.

I have some accounts with 1000+ friends but on some text/pic posts I get zero likes/comments and on others I get 100 or more. This seems to come and go and I cant find a pattern to it.

Thank you!
Facebook looks at real user actions, but not just template
