I have been re-vamping a customers social site this week and thought I'd share a little auto-reply tool that is being utilized.
The FB AutoReply
What does it do?
- At the current moment it is setup to auto-reply to any b-day messages that you get. Since this is normally the largest influx of comments that you recieve - it is currently setup for such, however it can easily be edited to auto-reply to any keyword phrase.
The current keyword phrase is "happy birthday". The system searches the posts for any updates, and once the keyword is found, it will auto-reply back with a pre-defined comment.
