I have creates an application on Facebook that when the user click the application button they are shown an adsense ad for 2 seconds then redirected to the application, will facebook remove this or ban the account?

In short, yes. Fb is ban happy.

I had a ton of pages get deleted by Facebook, there just isn't much you can do about it.
