Facebook adult traffic

Hello! Help me with some advice. I want to get adult traffic through Facebook, I send people to a mobile app, but the click is very expensive. There are almost no installs. Is there a way to make the traffic cheaper? The current goal of the campaign is app installs. Thank you!
Instead of “App Install”, try running with the following goals:

Traffic (click to link): Lower cost, especially if you use deep links or insert external installation tracking events.

Landing page views (if using pre-landing): Good way for Facebook to learn about real users.

Conversions (via CAPI): If you track installations with Voluum/CAPI → still optimize, but avoid using FB's App Events SDK.

you can try warm up a new pixel with low-cost engagement run a “Video Views” campaign for $10–$20/day

Try refining your audience targeting and testing different creatives; optimizing for landing page views before app installs can often reduce costs.

Optimizing your targeting and creatives can significantly lower costs and improve app install rates.

Try refining your audience and testing different ad creatives to lower costs and boost installs

We’ve run similar campaigns and faced the same challenge: high CPC with very low installs.

Here are a few things that helped optimize performance:
- Use a smart pre-lander instead of sending traffic directly to the app store. A well-crafted landing page that engages users first tends to lower the bounce rate and increase install intent.
- Geo segmentation: Try running tests in Tier 2 or Tier 3 countries where CPC is lower but engagement remains strong. Focus on countries with high Android adoption and fast mobile internet.
- Creative fatigue: If you’re using a single ad, the CPC will quickly spike. Rotating creatives (especially story-based or native-looking ones) keeps engagement up and costs down.
- App listing matters: Users often drop off if the app page has low ratings, poor screenshots, or a long loading time. Make sure the listing is optimized.
If you're getting clicks but no installs, it's usually an issue of intent mismatch or technical friction during install. Improving funnel speed and user flow can have a big impact.
Let me know if others are testing mobile traffic at scale — curious what results you're seeing across GEOs.

To reduce the cost of adult app installs on FB, try running Landing Page Views or Engagement first, use prelander, optimize creative and target low price range, Android devices.

Look at what the competitors are pouring and order to make a similar creative.
Make a good, bright creative.
