Facebook at this moment doesnt accept VIrtual credit or debit cards, paypal they accept, but you need to have the exactly name on paypal and in facebook the issue on paypal is when you are sending too much money you get block the paypal and is really hard to take that money back, try to use, debit real cards, or credit real cards, and is super important to always have the same card in the same country it is the account, i have my own CC solution in facebook with my facebook real accounts,
