Facing disabled problem when I try to add my paypal to the ads account. Any idea why its happening?

1) Paypal payment method is not allowed in your country
2) Your Paypal is not verified, or no CC is attached
3) For any reason, try to contact support.

Its allowed and have CC attached, I didnt find a way to contact with them. got some form i filled them up always got automatic response.

Can you tell us what does the error say? I use PayPal as a payment method and have no problems.
