I think you should initially conduct a dual-platform campaign. If you haven't tested it yourself, I doubt you'll easily conclude which platform performs better. Initially, you can test the click-through rate and return on ad spend on both platforms with a 10%-20% budget, and then compare them. However, Facebook ad copy must avoid promises like "guaranteed returns," and Reddit posts should be labeled "Not Financial Advice."

Is Crypto Offer an investment? If so, then Facebook. If you are going to promote Web 3 projects or something similar, then definitely Reddit.

I personally would just go with Facebook if I were you to be honest. The amount of "I am very smart" users on reddit is enough to dissuade me from it. I would be surprised to hear if someone is profiting from advertising something crypto related on reddit.

Facebook is very stable right now, a golden time to scale. If you are lucky, it will be a good platform to spend.

Both Reddit and Facebook can work for crypto, just in different ways. Reddit often gives more engaged niche traffic, while Facebook still has the largest reach and strong targeting.

Reddit Ads are generally more open to crypto promotions. The audience there is often already interested in crypto, especially in relevant subreddits. It might be easier to get your ads live, but targeting works differently – more about communities than highly specific demographics.
