Hello, I just wanna ask if whats the basic needs to do before making campaign.

I have two pages which has 96k and 55k both are anime niche. I would like to ask any tips for earning these niches. Thanks!

I think this question goes far beyond fb ads.
You're asking how to monetize on fanpages.
FB ads are a whole different game.
I think you better try to find interesting ways of making money off your thousands of fans, and then you can think of running campaigns, how many likes your fanpage has no correlation with ads success.
