I see that everyone who runs this field is “successful” at first, but then the accounts, BM, fanpage… all disappear after just a few weeks.
Meta checks are very strict, especially for sensitive industries like vape or casino.
It is better to invest in compliant products, to avoid having to rebuild the infrastructure every time there is a sweep.

Running vape ads on Facebook is tricky because Meta policy blocks ads promoting e-cigarettes or vaping devices. If you still want to use Meta channels you’ll need to go very indirect: maybe brand awareness content, community building, blog posts, rather than direct product links. Then use other traffic sources (email, affiliates, non-Meta ad platforms) to handle the conversions off-site.
This new niche of yours sounds interesting but facebook will most likely block your campaign if you don't have a good cover up technique.

Cloaking is obviously required and the process is almost the same as running ads in other BH niches like Gambling/Casino.
Depends on what creatives you use and such, and more importantly what cloaking tricks you use.
Old and strong accounts are required... almost impossible to run ads with new accounts.
