so i saw this thing where you can scrape your info from ads manager or you can search and scrape lists with more interests using facebook public API and I was thinking of something. Is there any way to scrape these info about ads from a facebook page that you don't manage? For example if I want to see witch targeting are they using and their budgets etc. using the API or something else?
