Facebook ads....again smh

I've been trying to run ads for months but my ads kept getting business managers kept getting banned which meant I needed a new business manager each time its been a struggle. I finally got some ads up and running but I ran into more complications after months my ads were finally up and running and people were adding to their cart but I didn't get any sales I upon further inspection i realized my shipping prices were as expensive as the product so I changed them after id finished making a few adjustments I tried running a new ad but that ad got rejected before i could see exactly why it got rejected like my ad creator wanted me to the the person I bought the business manager from changed the password to the vps so I couldn't log in anymore I have a new ad account now and I'm afraid of running the new ad my creator just made because if it gets rejected again ill be back to square one...again should I try running one of the old ads again? (is that even allowed) or should I just rip the band aid off and run the new one?

Change everything like payment method, domain etc and start afresh.
