Facebook ads account help needed!

My ads account got banned again.I have been searching for a way to start running fb ads in the forum but everyone seems to have a different solution.Can someone please tell me how to properly start a new account and run ads again.I run a t-shirt business and this is really hurting me.Should i open it using TOR browser and change my domain and the complete theme of the store?Should i use a VCC or apply for a new card because facebook has already blacklisted all of my cards.I can use my parent's account and it's pretty old but i feel like facebook will ban that too after i start running ads for my business.Any help is appreciated.

Use old account and bank card, if your ad is whitehat then no problem.

You can probably use your parent's account, since it's already an old account. It would be easier to go around with it. -Micah

Facebook ads nowadays is very strict on ad account. The only way to get an up and running account fast these days is hiring account from someone (called agency). They will give you an account immediately but they will charge you a fee (usually 3-5%) based on the amount you spend per month.
Find them in your local or in here (I remember there is someone do that)
