There are now fresh changes, so I experienced the present issue, but I was able to cure it and continue adding tags normally.

This payment scanning has happened a lot in the past 2 months, in the future I think Facebook will have more "storms", what do you think about this issue?

Yes, I've had this same issue many times. From my own experience, I can say that the fastest and most effective way to solve it is to reach out to insiders. They'll help you figure out what's wrong with your account.

Cannot add card for payment. Every time I add a card, my advertising account dies and there is no effective solution
FB is so stupid
