The problem may be that your video images are not eye catching and for great deals you can try that.

Run your 2 campaigns in parallel, maximize clicks and campaign sales. Use multiple ad accounts, pages, and pixels instead because gambling ads can easily cause your account to be unusually restricted.

The basic issue, good content & images is have to have resources. Apart from that, stable ad account should be relevant

design a eye catchy ad and do some keywords research before run ad

The problem may be because your videos, images and promotions are not attractive to players

You can not directly advertising casino ads on facebook (There are ways but direct videos not the right way you will get banned). You should avoid the get banned with some methods

There is one method that i use is this:

I create a new video like the similar of Sweet Bonanza Check it out: Video (I made this), Then add Google Play/Appstore download button to the last screen. So we actually advertising a other application, not casino

This videos requires much more effort but it works. (Im the videographer/designer guy, not advertiser guy but i know the advertiser dudes use this method)

If you want to attract more people, your campaign must have attractive content images combined with great benefits

Test smaller budgets initially, then scale campaigns based on cost-effective acquisition metrics.

If you want to attract potential customers, first you need to have attractive image or video content to attract them, maybe a sexy image and main content in it.
