But honestly, many are failing even with planned and professional videos...the results with an artificially produced video will probably be terrible, the competition is very big and the content quality is very important to not waste money with ads.

this would be too easy running a bot which scrape others videos and automatically promote them to the ideal audience... 
you most probably could scrape videos from other Advertiser, but using those videos is always dangerous due to possible copyright infringements
