Hi guys
I want to open a service for renting advertising accounts on Facebook. Can you tell me what you need in such a service?
I see there are a lot of agents doing this right now, what do you see as their strengths and weaknesses?

you can't do that here
it called selling outside the market place
want to know your competitor weakness point test them one by one and see yourself
then you can provide better service

Look for as many account types as possible
Being ready for Facebook's storms is very risky because it's possible that all of your accounts will be banned even if you haven't rented them out yet.
